Chanaporn Temaismithi

Managing Director and Founder

Chanaporn has a broad background in enterprise systems, and is now channelling her energy into building Radworkz's reputation as a premium software vendor.

Having experienced working with both small software development companies and large international corporations, covering all areas of analysis, design, implementation and support, Chanaporn is able to bring a unique combination of business and technical perspectives to the table. Her insight helps to ensure that the resulting solutions provide maximum business value for clients.

Stephen McLeod

System Architect and Founder

Stephen moved to Thailand in 1994, initially working as a consultant for a distributed sales system for SCCC. In the intervening years, he has headed software development teams on a number of diverse projects, ranging from front-office trading systems, to web-based document management, and real-time Internet gaming.

Combining a drive for technical excellence and elegance with a ruthless pragmatic streak, Stephen specialises in taking the best-of-breed tools from both the open- and closed-source worlds and building upon these to form creative architectural solutions, focused on solving the particular problems facing a client. The resulting systems are built on a robust but flexible architecture, allowing powerful applications to be built rapidly.
