The ESSA (Electronic Special Sales Agreement) system manages cargo sales agreements between Thai Airways International and its global sales stations. The system includes complex business logic and reporting, with strict workflow and security requirements.

Radworkz performed extensive load testing to ensure that the system met Thai Airways' strict requirements regarding application robustness, and to guarantee high performance even when running at full capacity.

After detailed requirements gathering sessions, Radworkz reworked Thai Airway's original design for the system, streamlining the user interface and optimising the database design. Radworkz then implemented, tested and delivered the complete system well within the required 6-month timeframe.
