Radworkz is currently implementing a web-based information system for CP Education.

The system will support multiple branches, located in Australia and Thailand. Each branch runs the system locally, to maximise performance and minimise downtime, with a data synchronisation process allowing data to be automatically shared between all branches.

Functions include

• data synchronisation across multiple sites
• comprehensive search functions
• flexible reporting, including XLS exporting
• document generation using user-configurable templates
• automated user notification of important events

To help minimise the total cost of the system, Radworkz developed a customised synchronisation process, including advanced conflict resolution algorithms. Radworkz also designed and implemented the migration strategy for merging data from CP's existing disparate databases into the new system.

CP selected Radworkz over other vendors due to our ability to quickly understand and address their issues and concerns. The project has a very aggressive delivery schedule. Radworkz used rapid prototyping to allow the application design to benefit from continuous feedback from the client. This enabled inconsistent requirements and user interface issues to be identified and addressed early in the development process.
